How to Consign:
Lillian Verrall accepts lightly used furniture, home accessories, mirrors, lamps, art, and home decor items by appointment only.
Please NO DROP OFFS.
We are constantly on the lookout for great consignment items!
Interested in consigning an item? There are several ways for you to contact us to discuss the details of the consignment program and to send photos of your items for us to review -
PREFERRED METHOD: Send a message and photos by completing the form on the “Contact Us” page on this website. After you have sent your message please give us a call to let us know so we can watch for it.

Send a direct email & attach your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
And of course you can always bring your photos in to the Store.
We will review the photos of your item(s), contact you to discuss consigning them, and schedule a convenient appointment for drop off. If you would prefer to have a meeting in your home, there is a fee of $50 for an in home assessment to evaluate and schedule a pickup. If the items are accepted for consignment, the fee is waived.
For in-store drop-off, please call first to schedule an appointment.
If your items do not sell within your consignment term of 90 days you will have the option of extending your term, having your items picked up, or donating to charities.
We have a consignment split of 50/50 For items that need extensive repair or restoration the split will be determined based on the repair.
Checks are issued to the consignor on the first of every month for items sold in the previous month.

Appliances, TVs, Mattresses, electronics, sporting goods, exercise equipment, luggage, tools, books, office equipment, chipped glassware, baby items, (cribs, youth beds), clothing.
We also maintain an active "Want List" for our customers and are on the search for certain unique items at this time.
** All Items MUST BE CLEAN, FREE OF STAINS, AND FREE OF ODORS, SUCH AS SMOKE, PET ODORS & PET HAIR. The item must be in good repair and all include all parts (table leaves, shelves, etc.) when dropped off. If item needs cleaning, replacement parts, or repair, a fee will be charged (TBD) as needed in order to prepare the item for sale. We must have We do reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet our standards.
